Seller appears to have fake feedback

Just bought a dud BlackBerry from a seller in Hong Kong, phone automatically adds +86 onto all numbers when calling from contacts, only way to avoid this is by manually typing in the phone number each time, this obviously is an absolute pain, especially if you don't know the number off hand. So I check out the seller  feedback and a lot seems to be fake, most positive feedback from first time or new buyers, some of the comments are repeated a number of times by apparently different buyers. Is this fake and if so how can we report these dodgy sellers?
