I wanted to bid on an item in the uk - when bidding it says can't bid on this item as I am overseas buyer. Contacted seller they said I can bid but they don't know how to change item to allow this - can anyone help thanks

Your seller needs to click a box that's under Seller Preferences but ask about the cost for postage first.
