I bought a roller door opener motor,and it's not working and is still under warranty,seller will not respond to email's,whatcan i do?

If it's within 30 days of the last eBay ETA open a case with the MBG (https://pages2.ebay.com.au/eBay_Money_Back_Guarantee), if it's outside that but within 180 days of the purchase date you can go through Paypal's resolution centre (https://www.paypal.com/disputes/).
BUT if you go through Payapal you must sign up for their limited return postage of $45.00 offer BEFORE opening a case with them (https://www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-au/requests/new).
Note that if the seller isn't an authorised Australian distributor of the motor then the warranty will probably be not worth the paper it's written on.
