I've contacted the sellers and sent pics. That was 11 days ago. I did read a while ago but can't remember how long we have before we report to ebay.
I thought I'd give them another 3 days to make it a fortnight before I contact them again.
Everything was ok except the goods were damaged.

Did you pay with paypal?
If yes then no need to report them to ebay just open a dispute for item not as described and give the seller a couple of days to respond and if nothing then escalate to a claim.
You will have to return the item at your cost via registered post to the address paypal give you to get your refund.
Leave the seller neg feedback as well if they are not helping you.
If the item is china or glass that should not be posted broken then call paypal and tell them you can supply photos of the breakage and you might get refunded without having to retuning it.
