On the contact screen when I tick OTHER reason a box appears on the right hand side of the screen at the bottom it says "send message" but for some reason I cannot type a message nor does "send message" work either. It never was like this, the place to type a message was directly under the OTHER heading,,,what is going on???
The changes made to the messaging system a few months ago have made it very user-unfriendly and not at all intuitive.
Click in the box that says "Send message".
you will be able to type your message in the box.
Then tick the 'send a copy to my email" (if you want that) and click the blue arrow to send the message.
