how to contact a seller, stated way does not work

On the contact screen when I tick OTHER reason a box appears on the right hand side of the screen at the bottom it says "send message" but for some reason I cannot type a message nor does "send message" work either.  It never was like this, the place to type a message was directly under the OTHER heading,,,what is going on???

On my computer I don't get those options on the screen, are you using the app ?

If you are, try going to the full site through a browser instead.

No not using the app, in the listing where it has the option to "contact seller", even if I contact seller via purchased screen, same comes upthen I get what I mentioned above.

Have you tried using another browser/clearing cookies etc?

OR * if *you have already purchased and item, and there is an issue with the item, open the appropriate dispute before the time limit is up
