listing catching buyers but no affective way to warn others

I like so many others have been court by  Misleading and outright dishonest listings, in my case replacement batteries for cordless drill, its not just 1 seller [unless of course they are using multiple accounts] it's multipul sellers all selling the same brand product parroting the manufacture's spiel which is inaccurate rubbish at best and actually out right lies, case in point " manufactured to equal or higher standards than OME battery" that for all but a few generic batteries sold here on Ebay is a lie, there are just a few sellers that do have good quality generic batteries that do equal OME batteries but most are from 1 supplier and are misleading, dishonest rubbish, being sold in there hundreds and ripping buyers off, problem is yes you can leave negative feedback for a seller you bought from and maybe warn a few would be buyers but there are pages of other sellers selling the exact fraudulent rubbish to other poor buyers.  When a product supplied by 1 source  sold on by multiple sellers which can easily be proven to be fraudulent, surely there must be some way to warn the unsuspecting future buyers better than just 1 negative feedback against just 1 of the many sellers pushing this fraudulent product
