my bid was cancelled for a reason that does not comply with eBay rules.

I placed a bid after exchanging polite and courteous messages with an experienced Seller. The Seller made very abrupt and sarcastic responses and then without warning, cancelled my bid for the reason that I was "patronizing" in my messaging. This was not true and according to eBay is not a valid reason for bid cancellation.

I was unable to contact eBay in any way to resolve this matter and it has left me very disappointed with eBay's customer service.

We only have your side of the story that your messages were "polite and courteous".

There are 3 sides to every story.

1. What you say happened.

2. What the seller says happened.

3. What really happened.

If you wish to waste some time you could go to "Help" on any eBay page & scroll down to "Contact Us".

A seller does not need to provide a "valid reason " to cancel a bid.

Move on & find another seller.
