ok just wondering why everything is coming back to Covid 19

I so over Ebay ...From December to March I had about 10 Item not arrived ...I contintued to communicate with seller , than the items move off as they were out of time ...I dont understant why i still cant see the these Items ...Seller kept saying on the way please wait more and other have said they resent ...No i cant find any off them on my page ....So sick of being ripped off

I have just had eBay refund a A$400 dollar sale.

Not From Ebay but a help the sellers Organisation I have this reply Under Australian law the buyer is entitled to refund if the item doesn't arrive within the advertised tie frame.

I have asked Ebay to supply such details 5 times They have stopped replying. I have no problem refunding the total But after Australia post says the item is lost ( this can take normally 2 months.

For my self, It should stay an open case until Australia post says it lost. I find how eBay can just refund monies without fair a reasonable duty is unconscionable.

I am contracting fair trading tomorrow.
