Hi ebay managing staff,
I would like to get refund from seeler <Removed> on 18th July 2017 i bought 4'HD 1080P Dual Lens car DVR reversing camera, item ID is 172768220082. The seller sent the faulty item to me. I did let the seller know, he said he going to replace the new item to me in last year July, until now i haven't received anything. I did ask to refund since he didn't replace. I would the seller refund the money to me and don't want any replacement.

Not eBay staeff here, just members like yourself. You've left it far too late to get a refund from either eBay or Paypal (30 days for one, 180 days for the other)
Just put the loss down to experience and don't get fobbed off next time by empty promises.
Edit to add. Just looked at the item, I'd advise you not to deal with any high-volume seller with less than 99.5% feedback, or you can expect to get trouble with them.
