seller will not issue invoice or make any form of contact

I won an auction for 3 books, seller listed as pick up but wrote in the listing he would get the winning bidders address and quote postage after end of auction.

I have emailed (via Ebay messaging) 3 times requesting an invoice.

Ebay have issued an email saying pay up or receive an unpaid item strike.

No reply whatsoever from seller, often a seller cannot issue an invoice and I said in one of my messages that there was no rush to receive invoice but I did expect some form of contact as has happened many times before.

What should I do, just wait, pepper the seller with emails, request sellers details, pay the sale price and email seller saying he can tell me the postage cost later and I can pay that seperate.

I would like to pay for my books

*IF* the seller has sent or been sent any address details by another buyer for any items where they have not been 'sold' yet, then they would have been done for 'trying to sell off ebay'  (ebay's idiotic new rules) and IF that has happened, then they are blocked from messaging anyone for (usually) 7 days
