what happens when purchased goods are not received i have paid for two seperate items that that should have arrived by now.

hi two items i have purchased i have not received both sellers wont return or answer messages  help any advice

Have you allowed at least 10 working days to arrive?

If yes and you paid with paypal go to your PP account fine the payments in question and open disputes for non receipt of item.

Give the sellers 24 to 48 hrs to reply and if they do not then escalate to a claim.

Seller will have to provide proof of postage via trackable means with in 10 days or you will be refunded.
