Refunded item arrives 3 months after purchase & I do not want the item, what do I do?

The seller lied about the shipping date, lied about the item being in Hong Kong when it was in China (HK to AU 10 days, CN to AU 30 days), sent fraudulent tracking numbers, tried to stall so a Dispute could not be opened & delayed refund until he was forced to.
3 months after purchase, the item turns up as a registered parcel. I do not want or longer need the item! Do I have now have to pay for it to be returned to the seller who caused me so much inconvenience?
