I have bought 2 faulty items this year and have not received a refund for either.
I bought a remote for my DVD Recorder in January and emailed the seller in China several times. They gave me an address to return the remote to and I sent it back, but they did not refund my money.
I purchased a Nintendo game from a seller in the UK which was faulty and they kept saying they refunded the money,but I never received the refund and before I knew it the topic was closed.
I am very upset about these two instances and would like ebay to do something about getting my refunds. There should be a way for ebay to police this kind of behavour.
eBay have absolutely no way of knowing anything about it unless you following the correct procedure and report each case to them
