I sold an item, but received an email after it had closed, from the bidder who said they did not mean to bid on my item and could I relist it again. I said that was okay.
I am not sure how to relist my item as it still says that I have sold it on my page, but I will not be receiving any payment for it. What do I need to do?

you can offer the ''buyer'' a Mutual Cancellation, then IF they agree to the email ebay send them the sale will be cancelled, ebay will refund your final value fee, and you can relist.
however, if the lazy ''buyer'' doesnt agree, then you dont get your fvf back from ebay.
the ''buyer'' can still leave your a negative fb if they are that way inclined, and you, as a seller cannot leave any neg.feedback
another way is..
after 4 days from sale, open a non payer dispute, wait 4 days then if the ''buyer'' doesnt pay, you close the dispute, get your fvf back from eBay and relist.
the ''buyer'' then gets a strike from ebay for being a time waster, and neither party can leave any fb.
