Report seller harassing outside of Ebay not working. Click Submit nothing happens.

I have been contacted directly to my email by a seller, after speaking to Ebay they were blocked due to being contacted every day for multiple days & 3 times in 1 day with same message through Ebay. I bought an item which they refunded me for as it was not in stock.I have blocked them on my personal email now as well. I click on submit to report but it won’t work. The buyer is currently away.

It's on the order...I get phone numbers, emails....whatever contact details they have....do you not?

I can go to "orders paid and posted", there will be other means as well......under the address there is their 'other' contact details....I've just checked....been like this since MP came in.

I message my customers to ask if I can phone them.....lots of 'stuff' gets sorted this way.....

I get phone numbers but not real email addresses. Even in my store

Like davewil1964, I get phone numbers but not emails. However, if you've sent an invoice recently & had it copied to your email, check the small print down the bottom.

It's because you have technically had a transaction with them....I think it might be a fortnight that you can't block....someone will be along shortly who knows

I just checked my 7 orders today, some have phone numbers, but no personal emails, just the psuedo ones.
