Are there any rules about how big a difference there can be between a stated starting price and seller's reserve price in the Cars, Bikes & Boats category? I was recently highest bidder on an item that attracted bids to 28% above the listed starting price and still showed as "Reserve not met". Is it the case that there are no limits, so for example, someone could list something for $1000 but have a reserve of $10,000?
