Return address not in English

I have started a return on Ebay but the address to return item/s to is not in English and I have tried emailing but it comes up with a default email back to you that is also not in English.  Where do I go from here as you can't access Ebay to help until after certain time -frames.

Where was the item when you bought it?

This is important, as if you bought from an International seller, there is no point in them providing a return address in English if they are from a country that doesn't have English as their primary language.

Not many - Most of Europe and all of Asia, most of Africa, nearly all of South America.

You will have to provide far more relevant information. For starters what type of return have you opened?

might seem like a silly question, but is the address to an overseas country?  A non-english speaking country?

If yes, then what would you expect?
