Returning a fake for a refund, but can I leave a negative?

Purchased a Ralph Lauren item, with images and decsription that indicated it was genuine - the lower price could be justifed as it was an 'purchase bonus' item. Got it and it's a horrendous fake ... REALLY bad. I left a negative as I was so disgusted. The seller has now contacted me and offered a refund. If I accept the refund, do I have to remove the negative? I want my money back, but people need to know about this. Thanks
