Hi does anyone know if I can attach a video to a seller in messages?
Is there a file size limit on what can be attached?
Why are you ' playing ' with the seller.
If the item received is faulty or not as described - open a relevant case - now.
Do not let the seller string you along until it is too late to claim - you have 30 days after arrival.
As domino says, open an official refund request.
The “attach a video” scenario is well known as a delaying tactic by Chinese eBayers in particular, used in order to string along the buyer until it’s past the 30 day period for the MBG.

So don't allow them to play games with you
You do not need to upload a video to open a dispute, and make sure you follow through with it
