Recently I sent an message through ebays 'contact seller' regarding a question on an item I was looking to bid on & the only contact that I had given was my user name to which I received a prompt reply from the seller who addressed it using my christian name.
My question is how did the seller obtain my name & is it something to be concerned about in relation to security or am I just over reacting ?
