Seller Avoids Answering Questions

I sent a message to a Seller/business (that shows its location in their ad as Sydney), selling Brand New iPhones, as I required 2.

I read the ad carefully and a couple of oddities in the ad concerned me, so I sent them a message for clarification.

3 questions were asked.

Q1. Is this stocked and shipped within Australia ?

Q2. Is this Iphone 100% genuine Apple IPhone ?

Q3. If the phone is brand new (as advertised), why it it listed in the ad as 1 year seller warranty and not a Apple warranty ?

The reply I received (within 30mins) was: "Our warehouse is in australia" and "has a Free 1 year seller warranty".

I replied to this,  stating that they have not answered my questions, and have avoided them, so I will ask again, and asked the questions again.

I never received a reply. I believe that it is possible that this seller could be selling refurbished phones, and from outside of Australia.

Is it worth contacting eBay to raise the concerns or not ?

( I decided to purchase the phones from another reputable company that is not associated with ebay ).
