Whilst trying to purchase an item yesterday via the 'Buy it now' option ( the only option available) on a current listing, a message appeared; 'Blocked transaction!' 'The seller is unable to receive payments'. Could someone please tell me why this might be? I have been in contact with the seller in regards to a few questions I had about the item and brought up the fact that apparently he can't receive payments right now, but he just answered my questions without mentioning it. No PayPal? Scammer maybe?
