Purchased a hat/shield at $9.34 on June 18, received an email from the Seller saying he did not have the article available. But when I went to look at the advert thru the Purchase folder, it took me to the new price of $26.30, and it said he had 5 in stock.
There's notihing in the Help section that covers it.
