Seller cancelled using 'buyer wanted to cancel' I didn't

After purchasing 2 items this weekend. I received notification today that a transaction was cancelled due to 'Buyer wanted to cancel'

This is very different from the email they sent to me saying they were out of stock and didn't know when they would be arriving.

The Seller still has multiple copies available for sale on eBay.

I cannot leave feedback, okay, and I have tried Report Item but nothing seems to cover this transaction.

Any ideas please

TIA

By the way, apparently it does not affect buyers or their account in any way, but I understand that you are annoyed, as it happened to me too a couple of times that sellers said I wanted to cancel when it was not true. I think they do this because if they cancel (for example because an item is out of stock) it counts as a defect, so they prefer to say that "we" want to cancel. 😞

Did you go through the link below to report the seller ?  If not try that way and if no joy with it scroll to the bottom and use the "chat with us" option.

Edit. If it was on this ID, put them on your BBL in case they try a retaliatory purchase to give you a neg.
