Above is the original dispute i had with this seller turned buyer.
Im half pleased to say that i tried to cancel the transaction of her buying from me. She declined the cancelled transaction and left negative feedback and ebay removed it.
The case about her not sending the jeans though. Ebay/paypal reviewed the case and refunded me the money for the jeans i havnt received. She now claims she sent them last week and is opening a case against me? can she do that. for a case that i opened against her. When she claimed to have sent the jeans last week. i asked her for receipt and she couldnt provide me with any. This woman has become my worst nightmare. I have reported her to ebay. But they obviously cant see what she is doing. Any advice? Should i just leave it to ebay? I cant see that she even really sent the jeans after this long.
I had a seller that did not send an item and the dispute was closed in my favor and I was refunded.
The seller then did an appeal to get my refund back and as she was not able to prove postage she lost the appeal.
So I am guessing this is what your seller has done and if she not able to prove postage then that will be closed against her as well.
The refund you were given is in no way affected by the sellers appeal.
There is nothing more you can do and just let paypal deal with the seller as it no longer involves you.
IF the item arrives and it is as described you can all ways repay.
