Seller ignoring my questions.

I returned an item  to seller for promised refund. According to tracking it was delivered 10 days ago. No acknowledgement from seller and all questions ignored.

Did you follow the process required, or did you just do 'what the seller said' ?

What was the reason for returning it?  (changed your mind or not as described?) 

Have you checked your funding source for the refund?

Sounds like you didnt use the MBG,  because if you had and responded to the requirements of the dispute Ebay would have refunded by now.

money back guarantee .Does that mean you did not follow the proper process and just sent it back ?

I eventually used PayPal and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. My refund will be processed within the next few days and I received a very apologetic email from the seller. Thank you for all comments.
