While searching for a product the result page showed the same item repeatedly. After clicking on some of these items it appears that it is the same seller with at least 3 accounts with feedback or 0 or 1. I'm not talking about 2 or 3 repeats this was a whole page of the same items. I clicked on page 2 same thing. Problem is I did not get to see any other items from other sellers as it was swamped by this seller and the same beads. I also feel that some innocent buyer is going to get ripped off here. How did the same listing get allowed in the first place? I accidentally posted the same item twice and received a very abrupt email almost instantly. So do I report this or is there in anyway it could be legit?
Forgot to add, but TOS are pretty useless if the buyer pays by paypal anyway- saying no returns can and is very easily over-ridden by paypal in the event of a dispute. Different states have different return policies any way.
You can write whatever you like in a listing, but it doesnt mean that it is law because you wrote it- heck I saw a foolish listing this week where the seller was ranting at people for watching and threatening to leave the watchers a neg??? (No idea how he was going to do that!)
Also too, innocent buyers being ripped off- if you are an underhanded person you dont try ripping your buyers off for the princely sum of $3. There is no mention of Pandora or any other brand named bracelet in their listing, anyone buying it would not be thinking they bought a genuine Pandora bead for that price. Did you by any chance have words to that effect in your listing? That would explain your prompt email ?:|
