I purchased an item 4 days ago from an international seller and 3 days ago the seller listed my purchase a posted. When checked my emails this morning the seller has given me a refund without any correspondance as to why or if the purchase is still in the mail. The item is still listed on their store and they have increased it's price by $100. Is this legal or is it against ebay seller practices? I have sent the seller a message asking for clarification but not sure they will respond.
