Seller not advising combined postage on multiple items bought despite regular reminders

I have bought 4 items from a seller listed individually. I have asked him to provide the amount of combined postage, but have not received any response so far to my multiple reminders.  What are the options open to me?

Did you ask before you bought?

If not, and if the listing does not mention that the seller offers combined shipping, don't just expect to get it

And if the above applies, and you don't pay the amount you agreed to and owe, expect four non payment disputes and strikes on your account

I did not ask before I bid for the auction. But I have bought a few items from this seller before and they have always combined postage even without me confirming in advance.
