Seller refused to accept return and refund.

Complaint that seller refused to accept return by post and did not contact me, until item was closed. I then was contacted by agent who agreed that the return payment would be sent to PayPal. I have not received the return amount. I have tried to contact Ebay, to no avail. Please get me the return funds, that I paid for.

Other members are not going to give you return funds

 

If the item was not as described, and they want they item back they need to issue you with a return label

 

You need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute, within the time limit. You do not wait for the seller to play games, and not return it out of your own pocket in the meantime 

 

 

 

No use complaining to other members, we are not responsible for who other people buy from, nor what the seller does

 

IF it is the seller who you left the neg for, they a) tell a different story ( their different story is likely a load of bull something, given the type of seller they are)

 

and b) have enough negs to warn anyone not to deal with them. Especially when they give out a person's name and details in reply feedback

 

AND they have Neg after neg especially for fake batteries, but you bought a battery from them anyway?


Was this 'agent' who contacted you an agent for the seller, or an eBay agent?

The 'other'  battery you  bought won't be genuine either !

 

Another shonky dropshipper  whose main (positive) feedback appears to be from 'eBay automated'  (8)

 

Of course, if it was a change of mind return for an item where the seller doesn't accept returns (which is the picture painted by your OP), then you won't get a refund for that reason either.

Nobody here will give you any funds. I don't give money to randoms, and I highly doubt any other members do either.

 

Assuming you followed the correct procedure to open a return request, if it was completed and closed in your favour, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

 

If you didn't follow correct procedure to open a return request, or simply let the return time out, or didn't return the item as required, then it would have been closed in the seller's favour - in which case, you will not receive a refund.
