Basically I purchased designer Capri (3/4 length) pants, she messages to say she has already sent a different (long) pair cos she was out of the ones I chose. She adds that I can keep these for 50% refund, or send them back to her for 100% refund. If I had known, I would have cancelled for a full refund, and I certainly can't be bothered repacking & shipping her item. If I wanted all that nonsense, I'd buy retail, not online. What are my obligations? Am I justified in thinking her actions are beyond cheeky?
