Recently i bid on auction on iphone 4 model and one condition described as everything is working well and only small cosmetic marks.And at the bottom of the page they mention the product is not working and damaged.I came to know after i won't the prodcut and i contacted with seller and he is kind of refusing to refund my money.What can i do in this case to get my money back?Please help me out...this is kind of tricked and fraud.
