yesterday the seller was able to add more photos to her listing for me, today she tells me it was damaged overnight but wont provide proof.(I politely asked her to send a picture so I could see if I could do anyhting about thedamage from a tray of hot oil and sausages a child spilt all over it last night) I won and have paid for the item, and I want it. What can I do?I have her address, I was to pick up the chair today.

That's a good one - people can get pretty creative when they lie (excessive detail usually the giveaway... "hot oil and sausages"  ..."spilit ALL OVER it" - what could be much worse?

Assuming it went cheap? Asking for the picture though, that would surely be making them squirm. Bet the camera get's dropped into the toilet bowl by said child next.
