Hi back in January I saw some curtains I wanted to purchase but due to the size of my window I needed 4 matching curtains and they only had 2 so Iemailed the seller she said she had four and would invoice me I aid her $349.00 and the curtains arrived one was faulty I emailed her ( all done through eBay) and she said if I sent it back she would replace it. I sent it back and she refunded the postage and sent another curtain that is also too short and different width, again I contacted her but she refuses to reply, it seems she has sold outside eBay therefore I have no comeback with eBay or PayPal even though all correspondence has been done through eBay ......sorry it's a long winded story just hoping for advice before my 90 days are up.. Thanks hope someone can help.
