I have recently purchased an item on ebay on 4th April and paid almost straight after on the same day. The seller mentioned in the listing that he/she would post within 2days upon receiving cleared payment. However, he/she still hasn't shipped the item until today. And I have messaged him/her twice. The first time he/she said the item would be shipped on 7th April but he/she still hasn't replied my second message or updated me regarding on the item. What should I do? Would I be able to cancel the transaction for this item?
