SpeedPAK Parcel Not Received, First Says Incorrect Address provided then delivered left in safe plac

If you Ordered something from China the chances are they used SpeedPAK whilst SpeedPAK is legit they use Dodgy Couriers in Australia such as PF Logistics, we are currently trying to get proof of delivery form PF Logistics or an answer to where our parcel is as It was not delivered to us despite us even providing a Google Street view link showing which house was ours so they wouldn't try deliver to wrong address again and gave instructions to ring our doorbell but no parcel delivered & doorbell never rang, we looked up the company and found only one review staying delivered successfully, all others exact same issues we had, we tried looking up their listed address for Adelaide and no logistics company at that address only unrelated business. But what can be done if tracking says delivered is there anything eBay can do when the logistics company refuses to respond

However, you leaving positive feedback for people who do not pay and saying 'avoid this buyer' is not going to achieve anything. Nobody else has a clue who the buyer is, and the big green tick they get for not paying only encourages them to do it again

It will also get your account sanctioned if the bots pick up on it or if the 'buyer' reports it

As for the rest, there is already a topic about said company with numerous warnings but apparently you used them anyway
