I need to talk to someone at eBay as I just bought a book and the address is an old address

You needed to have update the address yourself before you bought

Or at least when went to pay and it asked if the address was correct

The seller has to send it to the address you provided

No phone number for eBay, nor is it up to them to make sure you update your address when you move

You need to talk to the seller or get the book forwarded on to you. eBay can't help with that.
