I purchased a stand mixer on eBay a few weeks ago. When I bought it, it was mentioned that pack contents including folding tool. When I recieved it, I found that folding tool is not in the package. So I contact the seller, they just use various excuses delay processing time and even ask me to source with manufacturer. I have to raise the return product request as it doesn't match discription yesterday. Today, I just found seller have changed product discription sneakily and removed folding tool from discription. What can I deal with that seller?
