I bought some artcraft products some days ago. After I paid I found they are the wrong size. I've contacted the sell for cancel the order (the first message I sent them). They agreed and say if I gave positive feedback, they wil cancel it right away. So I gave positive feedback (not tick the item was arrived) and messaged the seller to let them know. But two days passed, they didn't refund the payment or contacted me. I sent message to ask them two times but still no answer. What should I do now?
