Did you click onto a link to access your bank account? Or did you open a new browser tab and type in your bank URL?

If you suspect scam, immediately contact your bank using the number in the back of your credit or debit card. IMMEDIATELY.

You probably haven't been scammed, thanks to your bank. Unless you clicked on a link.

eBay require the entirety of all transactions to be completed on eBay.

Why did the seller want separate payment?

Did you 'buy' a pickup only item?

You've been a member for 20 years. Surely in that time you have occasionally browsed eBay FAQs and thus would know how buying on eBay works. Different, many times, to 20 years ago, but that is where due diligence comes in.
