Tracking says delivered but no Click & Collect code

What to do?

The tracking number for a Click & Collect item says delivered last week, but I still have not received a collection code from eBay.

Have you checked your emails as well as your junk mail?

If the item was delivered last week you are in danger of i being returned to the seller.....you only have a week to collect it.

Have you contacted the seller yet?
