You are an experienced member, and thus are cognizant with the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Therefore you should not need other members, most of whom have less experience than yourself, to answer your non-question.

What  have you done to try to get help?

Just putting comments in the heading of your posts on the member forum will not be seen by eBay

Is this for the seller you left the neg for?

Did they not send a 'mystery box' of 'up to' value that they listed? 

No reason you cannot get help, if you were not sent what you were bought

And members can only be left positive feedback, you can also report the feedback extortion

Please kindly use the body of the post rather than just something in the heading

It is not going to help us try to help you
