On 30/11, I purchased an outdoor garden seat using ebay.com.au, There was a 20% discount offered if I put in the code PITCH20 at the checkout. However the sale went straight through to "Payment" not the checkout, so I was unable to claim the discount. I contacted ozplaza, and was told that it was an ebay issue. I would like to purchase the garden seat, but I expect that I would be able to claim the discount advertised. Could you help, please.
