Purchased a portable metallurgical microscope polarizing filter stage and we've only received the Microscope.
Read through the MBG policy page thoroughly.
You need to open a return request (Item Not As Described). https://www.ebay.com.au/help/action?topicid=4041
Then select the reason (Some parts missing) - and do not close the request until the issue is fully resolved. Seller may offer to send the missing part or items; I strongly suggest you refuse any such offer. Seller may offer a partial refund; it’s up to you if you think it’s worth it. You as the buyer will have the final say.
If the seller wants the item returned for full refund, seller must provide you with return postage label.
If seller doesn’t respond within the dispute within 3 business days, you should see the option to ask eBay to step in appear.
Don’t let the dispute time out. If you don’t escalate the request within 21 days, the request/dispute will time out and close automatically with no refund.
If seller makes a partial refund offer and you prefer full refund, you are entitled to that. Refusing a partial refund will still leave you entitled to full refund upon return of the item - but only if you do everything within the dispute.
You need to contact the seller
