I just received the item I purchased - Bellini baby food maker, yet it doesn't work. The description says its new & sealed but on receiving it the box was in terrible condition & fell apart. The item looks to be new but it doesn't work. The seller has stated no returns, so what should I do? I have sent a msg to her but as yet have not had a reply. Many thanks

Stating no returns means NOTHING.
Did you pay with paypal?
If yes open a dipsute for item not as described and if the seller still will not help then escalate the dispute to a claim and paypal will send you the details to return the item to via registered post at your cost.
Make sure you get Aust Post to stamp the registration paper as proof of postage as paypal may ask for a copy to send to them.
