I recently purchased a wall art that I'm really happy with. But the seller took 2 weeks to post it which i found annoying and frustrating.
I'm a member of Ebay Plus, as is the seller, and as I've elected to pay a fee - I expect to receive my purchases in a timely manner.
Does this entail leaving a maybe neutral feedback? I hate leaving neg fb but don't feel comfortable leaving positive either in this case.
Love the purchase v very slow to send..
Firstly how do you know the seller took 2 weeks to send rather than AP being slow to process ?
Secondly, did the listing say at the top ?- Seller is away until 10-3-2019 or such date.
Thirdly what was their handling time in the listing ?
