What do I do if my purchased item has disappeared?

The item I purchased has not arrived and when I search in purchases it has disappeared!? 
I have proof of purchase and the original delivery email with item and tracking details. 
when I click on the email links, it comes up as item does not exist! 
what do I do? I can’t work out where to go on eBay help.

At the top of your purchase history click on the blue "last 60 days" to see further back to 2021 etc.
