Buyers can’t just change their mind on a whim. The seller is charged fees upon the sale being made. Buyers can request a cancellation but the seller is not obliged to agree. The seller may not even know that there’s a cancellation, if the business has purchases handled by warehouse staff, and a later cancellation request isn’t matched up to the purchase before the item’s taken, packed and readied for despatch.
