What happens if seller cancels an order?

I opened a case in paypal, because the item was fake. The money was refunded. now the seller is requesting I cancel the transaction. What does this mean? Do i have to send the item back?

No, since it is a Fake and you have a refund you should destroy the item.

The seller wants to cancel the transaction so they can get the selling fee back they incured when you purchased the item.

You are under no obligation to agree to this, just select no if you feel the seller doesn't deserve to get the fee back for selling a fake.

Or if you are feel the seller should get the selling fee back, you agree to it.
